To start your returns process, please contact us by email at ayeshabethanyinteriors@gmail.com. Please provide your name, address, phone number and details of the item you are returning and reason for return.

You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

What items are returnable?

Our shop products are returnable within 28 days of purchase with receipt. Please understand, we cannot accept returns passed this time.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging. For hygeine reasons, we do not accept returns of duvet sets once the seal has been opened.

We do not accept returns of original artwork.

There is no return or exchange on sale items.

Custom-made curtains and blinds are made to your exact window measurements and cannot be returned as it is impossible to re-sell them. Please make sure your measurements are correct at the time of ordering.

Who pays for return postage?

Original shipping charges are non- refundable. Postage for returns is at your own cost.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and complete, we will send you an email to notify you that we are processing the refund. This will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 5 working days.

Damaged Items?

All items are quality checked before being packaged and sent out to you or sold to you in store. If your item appears to have gotten damaged in courier transit, please contact us immediately with a picture of the damaged box and the damage to the item so that we can query with the courier company without delay.

If you purchased the item from our store in perfect condition and it got damaged during your own transit after leaving the shop, we cannot be held responsible for this.

Faulty items such as lamps, can be returned to store for exchange or refund with receipt within 7 days of purchase.
