Ayesha Cotter
Ayesha Bethany Interiors is run by West Cork based, Interior Designer Ayesha Cotter who is a qualified Interior Designer with 20years combined experience, working within the Property and Interiors Industry at multiple levels.
“I was born in Bradford, West Yorkshire in the U.K and we moved to West Cork in Ireland as a family when i was 10years old. I went to primary school in Ballydehob and secondary school in Schull Community College. For the 6yrs of secondary school, i worked some evenings after school and Saturdays in a little craft shop in Ballydehob called ‘The Keltic Knot.’ It was great experience to start my life going out into the world of work! Once i finished my leaving cert, i moved up to the City where I studied at the Cork College Of Commerce and graduated with a Diploma in Auctioneering & Estate Agency, accredited by the ‘IPAV.’ I worked as an Estate Agent for 10years. In 2015 i further up-skilled as an Interior Designer, graduating with a diploma from the ‘IDAI.’ Later, In 2022 i completed my third Diploma in Feng Shui! It’s fair to say i am quite obsessed with anything and everything property, and interiors related!
I love to paint and having done a painting apprenticeship in 2007, I now encorporate my extensive knowledge and expereince into my business by painting the majority of the houses myself that I design. Unless the client has painters already lined up, or where there is a team of painters hired by the contractor in a new build, for eample.

I have wanted to run a Shop my whole life since a small child! In 2022 that opportunity became a reality and i opened an Interior Design shop and studio in the small town of Ballydehob, West Cork, where i grew up! It is both a service and a product based business. I am primarily an Interior Designer Decorator. Designing rooms and being instrumental in the decorating process by doing all of the work myself. I offer a full range of Interior Design Services, from colour and inteiror design consultas, to window dressing design and feng shui theory. In the shop we can order all your paints for your project, order all your window dressings and fully accessorise your home, through our extensive list of suppliers.
