Ayesha Bethany Interiors is run by West Cork based, Interior Designer Ayesha Cotter who is a qualified Interior Designer with 20years combined experience, working within the Property and Interiors Industry at multiple levels.
“I began my career as an Estate Agent in 2002, having graduated from a 3 year course at The Cork College Of Commerce with a Diploma in Property Management & Valuation accredited by the ‘IPAV’ – (The Institute Of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers.) I worked in various arenas of the Property Industry for 10 years including valuing, viewing, administrating, managing, selling, leasing, and doing fit-outs (renovations) on clients properties, prior to re-letting or selling. It was this part of my work that I really began to love and it sparked a desire to become more involved in the design of interiors. So I returned to studying, to become a qualified Interior Designer and In 2016, following another intensive 3 year course, I graduated from the ‘IDAI’ – (Interior Design Academy Of Ireland) with an exciting new Diploma in Interior Design. In 2021 i developed a deep interest in Feng Shui and began a diploma course in that. I qualified with a diploma and licence to practice Feng Shui in May 2022.”
About The Business
Ayesha Bethany Interiors
I set up the business, wanting to be able to help people with their Interior Decor dilemmas. Showing people what's possible and helping to put together plans in practical and actionable steps for implementation. Having been in a situation as a child where a move abroad, resulted in us losing our home and all our possessions, struggling for years to recreate a home that we had lost, ignited a passion in me to help others really find that sense of what it is to feel at home. My combined work experience and qualifications as an Estate Agent, an Interior Designer and a Feng Shui Consultant, as well as several years working on the management team in a busy interiors retail environment, has culminated in a wealth of experience that has been compiled in this business, to help make meaningful change in other peoples homes and lives.
